Design and engineering
Designed by the team that builds it.
Our engineers coordinate every discipline from the start, so the building can be built as drawn, without surprises on site.
What our engineers deliver
From the brief to the construction drawings.
- Brief and concept: needs, functions, areas and budget agreed with you at the start
- Architectural coordination with your architect, so structure and systems fit the design
- Structural design: foundations and the concrete or steel structure, from the soil investigation
- Electrical design: power supply, distribution, lighting, earthing and lightning protection, standby power
- Mechanical design: HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire fighting
- Low-current systems: fire alarm, data, CCTV, access control and building management
- Coordination of all disciplines, with 3D/BIM models where required
- Permit drawings, bill of quantities and construction drawings
Why it matters
Most problems on site start on paper.
When structure, architecture and MEP are designed by separate firms, clashes appear only during construction, and cost time and money. Our engineers design all disciplines together and stay with the project on site.
Planning a building?
Send us the location, the type of building and the target date. Our engineers will propose the design, the scope and the programme.
